Terms of Service

Effective August 3, 2026.

These terms cover the hosted Event Scheduler instance: the Discord bot behind the "Add to Discord" button on this site, and its calendar feeds. The source code is open, and anyone can run their own instance. A self-hosted instance is governed by whoever runs it, not by these terms.

The service

Event Scheduler turns schedule messages into native Discord scheduled events, posts announcements on request, and serves per-server iCal feeds. It is free.

Using it

Your content

Schedule text you submit is used to create the events and announcements you asked for. You keep whatever rights you had to it.

No warranty

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. It may change, break, or shut down at any time, including calendar feed URLs. Do not rely on it for anything critical.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

Changes will be posted at this address. Continuing to use the service after a change means accepting it.
