1Post your schedule the way you already write it. Days, times, timezones, and free text like "till we drop" all parse.

2Right-click the message and pick Create events, or paste it into /schedule. The bot replies with a receipt: every event it created, every line it skipped, Undo one press away.

3Discord does the rest. Events land in the Events tab, members tap Interested, and reminders come from Discord itself.

What if it misreads a line?
The receipt lists every line it skipped, so nothing fails silently. If it created something wrong, Undo removes everything from that run.
What formats does it understand?
Whatever you'd naturally type: "9-10am EST", "(8/5)", "10pm till last boss". Dates and times become the event schedule, the leftover text becomes the event name.
Does publishing ping my server?
No. Publish posts one announcement with a link per event, and resyncs edit that same post in place.
What happens if the bot leaves?
The events stay. They're native Discord scheduled events, so they don't depend on the bot once created.
Is it really free?
Yes. It runs on Cloudflare's free tier with no LLM and no paid services. Invite the running instance, or self-host from the source on GitHub.
Does the bot collect any data?
Only what it needs to work: your server's settings from /setup and the IDs of the events it created. No analytics, no message scanning, nothing sold or shared. The full list is in the privacy policy, and the whole thing is open source, so you can check the code on GitHub.
